Chiropractic adjustment

A chiropractic adjustment is a precise and specific articular correction in order to re-establish the normal function of vertebral and peripheral articulations. During the adjustment your chiropractor will apply a rapid impulse on the restricted joint.

Soft Tissues

Your chiropractor will use different soft tissues techniques, with or without tools, in order to relax the muscles in your body.

Chiropractors can also give his patients advice on health hygiene, rest, exercises, nutrition, posture, or any other factor susceptible to influence their wellness.

Type of care

Relief care: Frequent relief care is meant to lower symptoms associated with health problems. It is generally the type of care people receive when they consult for any type of pain.

Corrective care: Once symptoms have disappeared, many disorders require corrective care in order to rule out the underlying problem and to correct any biomechanical problem predisposing to the initial condition.

Preventive care: Regular preventive care aims at optimising neuromusculoskeletal health and preventing relapse and aggravation of the initial condition.
